About Frances King

Coach for Performance was founded by Frances King, an accredited coach and NLP practitioner. Frances combines these skills with over 12 years’ experience in the City, working with leading law firms, specialising in strategic marketing, business development and change management. Having discovered a passion for supporting individuals to develop their businesses and careers, Frances developed her natural ability in helping people to achieve their potential with professional coaching training. 

Since becoming a mother Frances has developed a keen interest in supporting other mothers to realise their potential and gain a sense of balance, purpose and control.  Delivering workshops or through 1-2-1 coaching, Frances is passionate about helping others gain the tools so they can make positive changes in their life, now and in the future.

Our business and personal clients benefit from Frances’ expertise in nurturing positive change.

Coaching and mentoring has been an integral part of Frances’ professional life. Achievements include the development and delivery of a coaching skills programme and one-to-one coaching to managers, empowering them to get the best from their teams, and coaching senior hires in City law firms to develop a successful business case.  Frances also pioneered a corporate leadership programme to develop business executives’ styles and behaviour to support major organisational change.

Frances is on the Communications Committee for the Association for Coaching and a member of the International Coaching Federation.
